About the event
The textured slab bowl is a fun project because they all turn out one of a kind!
You add textures to slab strips then attach the strips together over or in a form to create your shape. Some may be more bowl like, some an elevated tray.
Then glazing.... I would opt into coming back to glaze yourself. Then you can choose more than one color.
If we glaze, you choose one color.
Please note a few things:
Pottery takes time. We say 3-6 weeks we try to shoot for. We don't rush hand built projects to dry fast. This helps insure for less cracking at seams.
